Founded by Keenan Pratt, Pratt’s Pristine Properties, LLC brings auto detailing, lawn care, and retail under one umbrella.
Keenan has more than 20 years of detailing experience, including six years professionally, and trained with Rightlook in San Diego in auto detailing and ceramic coating.
Building on U Want 1 Auto Spa and the addition of lawn care in 2026, our focus is helping customers care for their vehicles and outdoor spaces while reclaiming their time.

Vehicle or property size, its current condition, the services selected, and your service interval all affect pricing. Request a quote so we can discuss your needs.
Can I arrange recurring service?
Yes. Tell us whether you prefer weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly care. We’ll discuss which interval fits your service and property.
What happens if rain affects my appointment?
Rain and unsafe weather can require rescheduling. We’ll coordinate an available service time when conditions allow us to work safely.
Do you work with businesses and fleets?
We welcome inquiries for fleet detailing and commercial lawn maintenance. Include the number of vehicles or lawn size in your request.
